Lisa Quint passed after a long battle with AML on January 31, 2023 in the comfort of her own home.

In her life Lisa worked 41 years as a research Chemist at Uniroyal Chemical. She had a master's degree, a love of learning and always searching for the truth through science.

She passes on to her family and friends her love of learning all that you can, getting involved and standing up for what you believe in, her love of gardening, the ocean, classical music, art, reading, writing, playing cards, bird watching, astronomy, taking care of the planet and being true to who you are on the inside, because if we can't truly be ourselves, we will never truly be. Her strength and courage will live on in those who knew her.

She is predeceased by her parents, brother, Richard Quint and son Mark Quint Sr.

She is survived by her sister Doris Ford, her daughters Patricia Hamamoto and Rhonda Quint along with foster daughter Patricia Wise, 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends. She will live on in our hearts forever.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM with her Church, Mattatuck Universalist Unitarian Society held at 283 Main St. North, Southbury, CT. Burial will be private for the family. To leave an online condolence please visit www.munsonloveterefuneralhome.com
