Leonard Joseph Bourdeau, Sr. passed away on Tuesday December 20, 2022. He was a devoted husband to Caren O'Connor Bourdeau for 60 years.

Lenny was a member of the US NAVY 1958-1961. He worked for Vallerie Transportation for 37 years as well as being an avid farmer. He loved summers in Rhode Island camping and clamming, and wintering in Naples, FL. Above all, his greatest joy was always his children and grandchildren.

Besides his wife Caren, Lenny is survived by his children, John Bourdeau and his wife Milly, Danielle Altieri and her husband Daren, Renee Caldareri and her husband Tony, and Leonard Bourdeau, Jr., and his wife Shana, his grandchildren, Dylan, Julia, and Brayden Altieri, Antonio and Gabriella Caldareri and Olivia and Lilyana Bourdeau. He is also survived by his sister Shirley Hardisty of Bethlehem and his brother Robert Bourdeau of Camarillo, CA.

Lenny was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Loretta Ouimette Bourdeau as well as his brother Richard Bourdeau

There will be a celebration of Lenny's life on Saturday February 11, 2023 from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. at 19 Main, New Milford, CT.
