Larry Lemoine Frandsen, 94 of Southbury, Connecticut, formerly of Minden, Nebraska, went to be with the Heavenly father on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at his home.

Larry was born on March 15, 1927 in Oak, Nebraska, to Harry and Mabel (McFarland) Frandsen. He loved the family farm and spent nearly all of his life farming. Larry served in the U.S Army from 1951 – 1953 during in the Korean War.

He married Jacquelyn Boettcher on June 5, 1957 at Keane, Nebraska and had a son, Barry.

Larry was a great family man and was his happiest when surrounded by his family. Larry belonged to the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans and was a member of the former Calvary Baptist Church in Torrington, CT.

Larry is survived by his wife Jackie, his son Barry and daughter-in-law Audrey, his sister Gloria LeDroit of Elkhorn, Nebraska, and his brothers-in-law Fred Boettcher of Washington and Marvin Boettcher of Oregon. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Dane.

Graveside services were held on Thursday, November 4, 2021 in Bridgewater, Connecticut. Pastor Bryan Sims officiated the services.
