In Memory of Kristina Geraci

On 7/14/23 we lost a precious gem, our 44-year-old daughter Kristi left our universe without the fanfare that we usually expected from her. From the day she was born, Kristi exhibited explosive energy and matured with an ever-expressive smile combined with a mischievous twinkle in her big brown eyes. Throughout her teens, she was proud to succeed, especially in soccer, then working in delis, restaurants and catering usually having more cash on hand than her parents. After traveling to Europe for a year she settled down, as much as Kristi could, to earn a BA degree in History from Western Ct State University. Upon graduation, and after working with Cannondale Bikes and Mountain Workshop, the curiosity that Kristi always had, took her to the beauty and challenges of Northern California, in her mid-twenties, landing her again in the food service industry which she loved. So much so, she often competed in "Truckee Thursday" cook-off contests which she was proud to win on several occasions. After a brief return back East, our Kristi took her final trip, this one upward with all of her Yankee attire, her glowing beauty, energetic spirit, and ever expressive smile.

Kristi is survived by her sisters, Jackie and Katie, her brothers-in-law Mike and Jason, her nephews Jack, Ben and Calvin and her niece, Lucy. And her parents, Pat, and Joe.

Their unlimited caring assistance to Kristi was remarkable and truly appreciated.

A memorial service will be held Monday August 21, 2023 at 11:00 A.M at St. John of the Cross Church, 1263 West Street. Middlebury, Ct.
