Kathy (Langlais) Skoczylas passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of September 21st.   She battled cancer and other health challenges with grace and courage.  Kathy never stopped laughing and caring about others around her, despite her own personal challenges. Her smile lit up a room.

Kathy was loved and cared for by her extended family at Valerie Manor and Athena Hospice. She loved her caregivers dearly.  Her struggles and pain are over and she is at peace.

A gathering to celebrate Kathy's life and spirit will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 11:00 A.M - 12:00 P.M. at Munson Lovetere Funeral Home, 2 School St. Woodbury, CT. Burial will be private.
