Justin M. Tobia passed away on April 20th, 2014 at his home is Southbury, CT. He was born on April 6th, 1948 in Bronx, NY. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Maria Elena Tobia. He has 2 daughters, Danielle Tobia Albushies of Bow, NH and Tanya Tobia Leonard of Southbury, CT. He is also survived by his older brother Edward Tobia of Austin, TX and his younger sister Jeannie Credidio of Peekskill, NY. Justin had 5 grandchildren ages 7,6,5,3 and 2 that he adored. He was a lawyer and worked as an assistant district attorney in Manhattan before entering the corporate world and private practice. He had a great sense of humor; Justin could, and would talk to anyone. He loved to play the drums, enjoyed scrabble and a good crossword puzzle. His greatest joy came from the love he shared with his family and friends.

Funeral: St. Teresa's Church

Services: A funeral mass will be held at St. Theresa of Avila Church in Woodbury on Thursday April 24th at noon. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Visitation: Calling hours will be held for Justin at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. North, on Wednesday April 23rd between 4 and 8 pm.
