Julia A. Robertino, 85, of Woodbury Hill, died unexpectedly Saturday February 23, 2013 at St. Mary's VITAS unit. She was the wife of the late Samuel Robertino.
Mrs. Robertino was born September 30, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York a daughter of the late John and Elvira Sica. Formerly of Stamford and Southbury, Mrs. Robertino and her late husband moved to Woodbury in 1995. She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and Foxwoods casino, was an avid reader, and wonderful cook.
She is survived by her daughter Marie Pritz of Southbury, her brother Frank Sica of Valley Stream, LINY, her 2 sisters, Anna Verde of Toms River, NJ, Camille Pernice of Greenwich, her grandson Todd Pritz of Southbury, her 2 granddaughters, Tisha and her husband Kevin Pierwola of Woodbury, Tiffany and her husband Michael Wawrzyniak of Southbury, her 3 great grandchildren, Eric & Leigha Pierwola and Stephen Wawrzyniak. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her son in law Stephen Pritz.

Funeral: St. Teresa's Church
Services: A funeral mass will be held Friday March 1, 2013 at 11 am at St. Teresa's church, Main Street South in Woodbury. Burial will be held in the New North cemetery in Woodbury in the spring.
Visitation: Friends may call the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School Street on Thursday February 28 from 5 to 8 pm.
