Julia Olson, 86, of Transylvania Road, Woodbury, wife of the late Harold E. Olson died Wednesday July 30, 2008 at Waterbury Hospital. Mrs. Olson was born August 11, 1921 in Southbury daughter of the late John and Blanche (Edwards) Henninger. She was a longtime member of St. Paul's Church in Woodbury, had worked in the Mitchell School Cafeteria for 19 years and had driven the mini bus for the Town Of Woodbury for 15 years before her retirement.
She is survived by a son, Albert Olson of Woodbury, 3 step daughters Helen Burdick of Woodbury, Barbara Larsen of Hamden, Doris Olson of Plainville, a sister Eleanor Burke of Ashford, and two nieces Ethel Van Ark and Jennie Atkins. She was predeceased by a step daughter Louise Colella, a step son Edwin Olson and a sister Ethel Henninger.
