Joyce A Fraser, 83, passed away on December 7, 2015 at home with loving family by her side. Joyce was born in Westport, CT, daughter of the late Mildred and Myer Allen. She was a wonderful wife and homemaker, predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Robert Fraser, and a dear friend Warren Carlson; and a Grolier Inc. retiree. She is survived by her three children, daughter Kerry Uber and her husband Al, son Robert Fraser and his wife Laura, daughter Sandra Fraser and nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by her three sisters Jeanne, Ann, and Cheryl; her wonderful caregiver Sindi and many other loving relatives and friends. Her family and friends were most important to Joyce, and she loved every minute of her time with them. She will be most remembered for her kind and giving nature, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
