Joseph Zimmer of Southbury, Ct. passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family and friends.
He was born in Meriden, Ct on 2/21/54. He lived many years in the New Haven area before moving to Southbury. He worked several years at Aces and most recently was a mailman for the Institute of Professional Practice. Joe enjoyed visits from friends and was an affectionate man. He leaves behind many friends and caregivers, who supported and loved him throughout his life, including his dear friends Susan and Angel. He was predeceased by his longtime close friend Paul.
