WATERBURY – On April 3, 2021, John Kiyak passed away at the age of 45 from a sudden and unexpected death.

He was a lifelong resident of Bethlehem. He lived a humbled life surrounded by nature, family and friends.

He was predeceased by Michael and Edith Kiyak, who were his parents. John is survived by his brother, sister-in-law and nephews, Michael, Kathleen, Griffin and Garrett. John is also survived by his girlfriend Tracy.

A memorial service is on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the First Church of Bethlehem, 21 Main St. South.
