John J. Driscoll, after 81 joyful years, has answered the call to join his wife Ann Marie, brother Jim and his beloved parents with God. He uplifted so many with his love of making people laugh, dancing, and sharing stories of his escapades as a NYC iron worker. John put his family and friends above all else including his children: Mathew Driscoll, Carolyn and Jeff Conlon, and Danielle Driscoll; his grandchildren, the Conlon Clan: Christopher and Lilly; Cody and Megan; Sara and Kailey; and his three great grandchildren: Caleb, Ellie, and Emma.  His brothers and their families: Rich and Lucille Driscoll, Joe and Betty Driscoll, Roberta Driscoll and his life-long friends Gerry and Barbara Coughlin – he loved us all, delighted in our successes and comforted us when we needed it most. He will always be remembered as a gentleman. Calling hours will be Friday February 14, 2020 from 6 - 8 PM at Munson Lovetere Funeral Home, 2 School St. Woodbury, CT. A funeral service will Saturday February 15, 2020 at 9 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 146 Main St. S., Woodbury. Burial will follow at Mt.
