TORRINGTON- Jill (Barlow) Kesson, 45, of Torrington, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Valorie Manor in Torrington, after a short illness. Jill was born December 21, 1964 in Waterbury. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Kesson, her mother, Junette C. Barlow, her loving children, Jonathan A. and Richard K., both of Woodbury, Kimberly K., Megan G., her "baby" Robert both of Torrington and Tanya K. of Waterbury; her aunt Linda Cser Ratté© of Wolcott, her uncle, James D. Barlow of Illinois; two sisters-in-law, Deborah Kesson and Kelli Kesson, both of Torrington; 3 nephews and 1 niece. She also survived by her "second mother", her mother on-law, Darlene Kesson of Torrington who looked after and cared for her as a daughter. She predeceased by her father, G. Joe Barlow, her brother G. Joe Barlow, Jr.
Born in Woodbury, she graduated from Nonnewaug High School and lived in Woodbury on and off until she met her perfect man, Paul Kesson. She was known for her unusual sense of humor her pranks and her readiness to try anything at least once. She loved horses her whole life and all animals, especially those known to be hostile to other people, always came to Jill with kindness. If they were sick, she treated them no matter whose they were. She also had a dramatic side which everyone dealt with in their own way.
Above all, she loved her husband, her children and all the other members of her family. She was never mean or spiteful and got along well with everyone. She will be missed sorely by all of her family and all the people whose lives she touched. She died too young.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Newtown Savings Bank, 238 Main St. South, Woodbury, CT 06798 for her youngest son Robert, in care of his father.

Services: A graveside service will be held on Saturday November 6th at 11am in New North Cemetery, Washington Ave., Woodbury.

Visitation: There are no calling hours.
