Jeanette was a peaceful soul with a loving and kind heart. In earlier years she worked as a secretary in publishing and later in roofing. She volunteered reading to students at Gainfield Elementary School and worked with Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed opera, Heritage Village Monologues, playing cards, Mah Jongg, reading and crossword puzzles. In addition to her husband she is survived by son Art Levy of FL, daughter Sandy Weinberg (Steve) of Bethel, CT, sister Mildred Goodman of NJ, brother Sidney Lederman (Florence) of FL, and grandchildren Matt Werden (Zarah) of Brooklyn, NY and Emily Omohundro (Dan) of Norwalk, CT.

Services: Funeral Services will be Sunday 1/11/2015 at 11: 00am at Munson Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere 235 Main St. North. Burial will follow in Beth Israel Cemetery, US Route 1 North in Woodbridge, NJ.
