Miss Holly Anna Weiss, 49, of Southbury, died Friday January 15, 2010 at Waterbury Hospital.

Holly was born August 26, 1960 in Garden City, NY, daughter of Bessie (Passafiume) Weiss of Southbury and the late Richard Weiss. She has resided in Southbury for the past 7 years, previously living in Hallandale, FL. Holly swam in the Special Olympics and was an active member of the Westchester Association for Retarded Citizens. She was a very special Girl Scout. She was a member of the Southbury Baptist Church. Holly was loved by all.

She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Weiss.

Besides her mother of Southbury, with whom she resided, she leaves many cousins.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Services: A. parayer service will be held Tuesday, January 19 at 5: 30 p.m. at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. North. A graveside service will be held in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Florida on Thursday, January 21, at 11 a.m..

Visitation: Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 19, from 4-6 p.m. at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. North.
