Helen "Sigrid" K. Wilson

Helen “Sigrid” Wilson, 86, of Southbury, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2025 at The Monarch Assisted Living Facility.

Born on August 9, 1939 in Stamford, CT. She graduated from Staples High School in Westport, CT. Where she met the love of her life, William Wilson.

Sigrid was a dedicated wife, mother, and friend. She was an avid gardener and loved her hummingbirds. Her and her husband were very active in The MG Club, where they made lifelong friends and traveled with their 1955 MGTF. She loved working at Talbots, CR Gibson, and at Wilson’s Hardware store in the early years. She will be deeply missed and her beautiful smile.

Sigrid is survived by her son Scott and his wife Mary, Brother-in-law Leland and wife Erika and their family, her nephew Shawn and his family. She was predeceased by her husband William and her son William Jr.

A private service was held for immediate family.
