WOODBURY

Hazel E. Coddington, 89, of Linden Road wife of the late Clark W. Coddington died peacefully Friday January 5, 2007 in her home. Mrs. Coddington was born December 13, 1917 in Waterbury daughter of the late Mr. Galligan and Mrs. Hazel Galligan Peck. She was a fifty year member of the North Congregational Church in Woodbury and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She had worked at the Southbury Training School and in the Mitchell School cafeteria. She is survived by 4 daughters,
Diana P. Neal, & Judi A. Jimmo both of Woodbury, Martha M. Yankauskas of Oxford, Pamela J. Coddington of Wolcott, 5 grandchildren, Jeffrey Jimmo, Steven Walker, Michelle Jimmo, Matthew Yankauskas, and Amanda Jimmo. She was predeceased by a daughter Brenda E. Coddington.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday January 10, 2007 at 7 pm at the North Congregational Church in Woodbury. Friends may call the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, Main Street South Route 6 on Tuesday January 9, 2007 from 6 to 8 pm. Burial will be in the New North cemetery, Woodbury in the spring.
