H. Russell Kerr, 78, of Woodbury, died Wednesday, October 10 at Waterbury Hospital. Mr. Kerr was born June 25, 1929 in New Jersey, son of the late Henry R. and Anna Rock Kerr. Mr. Kerr was a veteran of the Navy, serving in Korea. Mr. Kerr was always a very athletic man who enjoyed playing all sports, including baseball and football. He is survived by a son, Russell Kerr of California; two daughters, Kelli Willis of Woodbury and Jody Dorn of Naugatuck; 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and a special friend, Elaine Dorn of Naugatuck. . He was pre-deceased by two sons, Terry and Kevin Kerr, and a daughter, Patricia Kerr

Funeral: St. Teresa's Church

Services: Funeral mass will be held Saturday, October 13 at 10: 00 a.m. at St. Teresa's Church, Main St. South, Woodbury. Burial will be in North Cemetery, Woodbury.

Visitation: Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School St.
