Greg Lockwood passed away August 16, 2015, at the age of 58. He is survived by his loving wife, Denise Lockwood, his beloved sons, Amil and Ezrah and wife Valerie, his mother Ellie Lockwood, his adored grandchildren Eva and Vincent, his brother Scott Lockwood and sister Lisa Lockwood, and his nephew Matt Greggis. Greg worked for the Southbury Training School for over 32 years before he happily retired. He was a union representative for Union 1199 and fought for the rights of health workers. Along with spending time with his grandkids, he was the man striped bass feared, from The Derby Dam down to the Long Island Sound. Greg loved seeing live music, especially the blues. He will be greatly missed by his family and his voluminous group of loving friends. The family thanks Regional Hospice for their compassion & care.

Services: An open house memorial will be between 1-3pm on Saturday September 5th at Munson- Lovetere Funeral Home in Woodbury. Burial will be private.
