WOODBURY- Grace "Ginny" V. Stubbs, 92, of old Woodbury, Connecticut, died Saturday, December 31st, 2011.
Ginny was born in Somerville, NJ on January 12, 1919 to Edward and Anna Haring. She married Elwood I. Stubbs in 1948 and moved with her husband and family to Woodbury in 1964. Ginny was an at home mother and was an active volunteer with the Woodbury Homemakers, the Lutheran Home of Southbury, the Woodbury Methodist Church and was an active participant at the Woodbury Senior Center.
Ginny Stubbs is survived by her daughter Linda Jensen and son in-law Robert Jensen of Dixon, MO, her son Robert Stubbs of Woodbury, two grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, her parents and ten brothers and sisters.
