George M. Kovic, 85 of Main Street South in Woodbury, died peacefully at home on November 20, 2014. Born in Waterbury, CT on March 16, 1929 he was the son of the late John and Elizabeth Ruzinkovic. George spent most of his life in Wolcott with his wife Mildred (Townsend) Kovic. He leaves behind his son Jeff and his daughter Karen Parrish and her husband Bruce, his grandchildren Jeffrey and Melanie Kovic , Brooke Becker and her husband James, his great-granddaughter Molly Becker and a sister Helen Clebowicz of Florida as well as numerous nieces and nephews. George served in the military in the Korean War and he loved his job working as a machinist at the Farrel Foundry in Waterbury.
