Frederick W. Orr 11, 91, of Roxbury, Ct., passed away on Wednesday 3/20/2013 in New Milford Hospital. He was the husband of Elizabeth P. (Dyer) Orr.

Mr. Orr was born on October 24th, 1921 in New Haven, Ct son of the late Lionel and Agnes (McNamara) Orr. He attended UConn and was employed in various sales positions and served as a house parent at the Connecticut Junior Republic in Litchfield. He had resided in Roxbury, Ct for the past 48 years.

Frederick was an avid Yale Football Fan and spent many autumn days cheering them on. He loved his classical music and charting his stocks.

Besides his wife of 63 years, he leaves behind a stepson Clark Dyer of Az., a nephew Robert Orr of Massachusetts. He was predeceased by his mother, father and brother Lionel F. Orr Jr.
