Obituary

Frank Joseph Wolff, Jr., of Cordova, Maryland, died on Saturday January 4, 2014 at UMSMC at Easton. He was 82.
Frank Joseph Wolff, Jr. was born on September 26, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Frank Joseph Wolff, Sr., and Gertrude Miller Wolff.
Mr. Wolff served in the US Army and retired as a Major.
He attended Cornell University and received a BS in Agricultural Education in 1953 and a Master of Science in Education in 1955. He also attended City University of New York and received his Masters of Science in Administration and was also Adjunct Professor there.
Mr. Wolff married his wife Arlene on September 30, 1978 in Woodbury, CT. They resided in Dix Hills, NY for twenty years where he worked at the Dept. of Education for the State of New York and as Assistant Superintendent at Nassau County NY, Board of Education Services. They moved to Cordova, MD in 1989.
Mr. Wolff is survived by his wife Arlene, his children; Barbara Zaveski of Southold, NY, Katherine Barry of Palm Coast, FK, Julie Wolff of Huntingdon, NY and Patrick Wolff of Cordova, MD, a brother, James Wolff of Fly Creek, NY, a sister, Janet Lowe of Ithaca, NY, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Burial will be held in the spring in New North Cemetery, Woodbury. Location: Munson-Lovetere Woodbury

Services: A funeral service will be held on Thursday January 9, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newmann Funeral Home in Easton Maryland followed by a Masonic service. Burial will be in New North Cemetery, Woodbury, CT in the spring.
