Frank Cybulski III passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 31, 2020, in Southbury, Connecticut at the age of 68.

Frank is survived by sister Denise Rafferty and his nephews Nicholas Pankosky and Camron Bardelli, of Southbury. Frank is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Francis Cybulski, his brother Edward Allen Cybulski and his sister Eileen Marie Cybulski, of Red Bank, NJ.

Frank was born on May 15, 1952, in Neptune, NJ to Frank and Francis Cybulski. Frank moved to Connecticut in 1999. He went on to make many close friends during his 17 years working at Stew Leonard's in the Seafood department. He loved his family and friends immensely. His passion was connecting with people, teaching them, and making them laugh more than anything. He loved to shop, little known outside of family and friends he was a connoisseur of fashion. The boardwalk in Atlantic City and casinos were his favorite places to be.

A service is scheduled for Saturday, February 8, 2020, at 2:30 PM at B'nai Israel-Southbury. Please join us in celebrating the life of Frank, all are welcome to attend.
