IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Foster Donald
Lynn
February 2, 1932 – September 20, 2015
Foster Donald Lynn, 83, of Bethlehem passed peacefully at home on September 20th surrounded by his loving family.
Born on February 2, 1932, a son of Benjamin and Rosetta Lynn, Donald grew up and was educated in Watertown, CT.
Donald worked with his brother Bob on the Lynn family farm. He succeeded his father as a representative for Eastern States Farmers Exchange (later to be known as Agway). After moving to Bethlehem in 1967, he worked for Agway and continued working as a truck driver until his retirement.
Don enjoyed restoring antique tractors and participating in tractor pulls in CT and NY with his 1958 Massey Ferguson while his relatives cheered enthusiastically from the sidelines. Neighbors will remember seeing Donnie driving his Kawasaki Mule with his beloved dog, Beta, in the back for a run through the woods.
Donald was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn (Johnsen), their son, Norman, his brother Robert Lynn, his sisters Hazel Perkins, Betty Vaughn, Doris Foran and Phyllis Erling.
Survivors include his son Dennis, daughter-in-law, Kim and grand-daughter, Susanne; also his sisters Barbara Blum, Janice Frenger, Peggy Lynn and Joan Blum.
