Florence G. Mansfield, 93, of Woodbury, died Tuesday, March 24 at the Haven Health Center in Torrington. She was the widow of Warren F. Mansfield. Mrs. Mansfield was born December 20, 1915 in Naugatuck, daughter of the late Cyrus W. and Florence (Elliott) Gould. Mrs. Mansfield worked at the Southbury Training School, retiring as a supervisor. She was a member of the North Congregational Church, the church choir and bell choir. She was a past member of the Woodbury Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. She is survived by two sons, Warren J. Mansfield of Springboro, OH and Ralph E. Mansfield of Paulsbo, WA; three daughters, Joyce M. Almstedt of Torrington, Ellen M. Smith of Woodbury and Ruth A. Ferrarotti of Winchester Center; 17 grandchildren , over 20 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by three brothers, Charles, George and Frederick Gould.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Funeral: North Congregational Church
Services: Funeral services will be held Friday, March 27 at 11: 00 a.m. at the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School St. Burial will be private.
Visitation: Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
