WOODBURY- Mrs. Florence (Palumbo) Cittadini, 93, of Woodbury, died Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Waterbury Hospital. She was the wife the late Theodore Cittadini.

Mrs. Cittadini was born March 12, 1916 in Jamaica, NY, daughter of the late Frank and Dominica (Campinelli) Palumbo. She resided in Woodbury for 25 years, previously living in Long Island, NY. She loved to sew and was expert at cooking Chinese and Italian foods as well as having been a world traveler.

She leaves two sons, Theodore Freedell of Nevada and Robert Cittadini of Portland, OR and a daughter Elaine Dellaratta of Middlebury, a brother, Peter Palumbo of Long Island, NY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by three brothers, John, Michael and Leo and a sister, Anna Licitra.

Services: A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Teresa Church.
