Ernest K. Shaw of 990 West Main ST, Waterbury passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. He was the husband of Myrtle E. Shaw.
Ernest was born on January 27, 1933 in Oakville, CT to Grace (Paulding) and John Shaw.
Ernest enjoyed doing carpentry. Ernest was a Corporal in the Army of the United States. He served active duty from March 10, 1953 to January 7, 1955 in Germany. Ernest retired from Mitchell Bates and Gleason Security. He also retired from B-E Aerospace after ten years of loyal service from 1988 - 1998.
Ernest leaves behind three brothers Theodore and Arthur Shaw of Oakville, and Donald Shaw of Illinois. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by three brothers Edward, Walter, and Joseph. He was also predeceased by three sisters, Catherine, Grace, and Virginia.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
