SHELBY, NC- Eric Charles Buesser, formerly of Bethlehem, CT, passed away August 30, 2008. He was the husband of Pamela (Maxwell) Buesser. He was born June 18, 1957, son of Frederick W. Buesser of Forest City, NC and Beatrice Rennell Buesser.

Eric was a graduate of Nonnewaug High School, Woodbury. He was employed by Industrial Riggers of Waterbury for many years until moving to Shelby, NC. At the time of his death he worked as a crane operator at Ame, Inc. in Charlotte, NC.

Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Richard F. Szabo of York, SC and Jamie B. Szabo of Danbury, CT, a daughter Katie Lynn Williams of Woodbury, three brothers, Carl W. Buesser of Oakville, CT, Arthur H. Buesser of Port Kent, NY and Frederick M. Buesser of Wolfeboro, NH and a sister Florence M. Warner of Fair Hope, AL, also seven grandchildren including Kayla Szabo and Skye Szabo and 9 nieces and nephews.

Services: A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. in Resurrection Cemetery, Newtown, CT.

Visitation: Friends may call the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School St. on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m.
