Emma Petersen, 97, of Woodbury, died Monday, March 8, 2010. She was the widow of Henry C. Petersen. Mrs. Petersen was born March 29, 1912 in Stamford, daughter of the late John and Mary (Surgala) Bartscht. She is survived by a son, Robert H. Petersen of Au Sable Forks, NY; a daughter, Cheri Fickett of Sandy Hook; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Services: Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 13 at Noon at Fairfield Memorial Park in Stamford.
