Elizabeth Lawlor Syrotiak passed away on Saturday May 20, 2017 after a long battle with Alzheimer's.  She was 88 years old.  She was predeceased by her loving husband Matthew Syrotiak, a son, also Matthew Syrotiak and her sister Marie Silder.  She leaves behind 5 children; David Syrotiak, Kerry Zinn, Lizabeth Karvosky, Michael Syrotiak and Susan Karvosky.  In addition, she leaves 8 grandchildren; Matthew and Danni Syrotiak, Lisa and Russell Zinn, Tara and Ronald Karvosky, Holly and Michael Syrotiak and Mark and Laura Karvosky and many great-grandchildren.  She also leaves behind a brother James Lawlor and two sisters Julie Pagani and Kay Mazzo.  Elizabeth was a long time Parishioner of St Jude's Parish in Monroe.  She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her family and visits to Cape Cod.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.  A memorial in honor of Elizabeth's life will be held on Friday, May 26th at Munson-Lovetere Funeral home in Woodbury, CT from 5-7pm.
