Elizabeth Fuehrer, 98, of The Watermark at East Hill, formerly of Heritage Crest, died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at The Springs Health Center in Southbury. She was the widow of John Fuehrer. Elizabeth was born December 22, 1912 in Munich, Germany, daughter of the late Frank and Magedalena Goder Gruber. She was an executive secretary working at the International Telephone and Telegraph Co. She is survived by her nephew, Carl H. Klinger of Bridgewater; her 3 grandchildren Lisa Fuehrer Bugden, Hans Robert Fuehrer, and Thomas Fuehrer.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, October 27, at 10: 00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 910 Main St. South, Southbury. Burial will be private.
