Mrs. Eleanore Mary Tomsen 97, of Southbury, wife of the late Walter Tomsen died Monday June 2, 2014 at home.
Mrs. Tomsen was born June 11, 1916 in Baltimore MD., a daughter of the late Austin P. and Frances (Wolma) Slate. She was one of the founding members of the Danbury Dolphin Swim Team, and continued her membership for 30 years. Mrs. Tomsen retired as a dietician for Seamans Bank for Savings in New York.
Mrs. Tomsen leaves two sons George and Gregory Tomsen both of Southbury.
