Mr. Edward J. Peterson Sr., 56, of Newtown died Wednesday March 18th at Danbury Hospital. Mr. Peterson was born February 12, 1953 in Danbury a son of the late Peter and Helen Peterson. He worked the majority of his career in Construction and was a past member of the Dodgingtown Fire Department. His hobbies included boating and deep sea fishing.
He is survived by two sons, Edward J. Peterson Jr. of Middlebury and Cory Peterson of Oxford, a brother Dean Pepin of Berlin and four sisters, Leanne Steinmetz and Debbie Finnigen both of Georgia and Sue Peterson and Carol Freer both of Florida and several nieces and nephews.

Services: A memorial service will be held on Wednesday March 25th at 7: 00p.m. at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson - Lovetere, 235 Main St. North. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Visitation: Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 5: 00pm until the time of service.
