Mr. Edward S. Caco, Sr., 70, of Woodbury died Sunday May 18, 2014 at his home. He was the husband of Karen Kula. Mr. Caco was born February 23, 1944 in Bridgeport, a son of the late Stephen and Jessie (Wasik) Caco. Edward worked for Qualitron in Danbury as an engineer and Digital Equipment Corp in Massachusetts. He loved the outdoors, was an avid hiker on the Appalachian Trail, with only 400 miles to completion and was a member of the Pahquioque Trap Club in Danbury.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Edward S. Caco, Jr. and his wife Frannie, of Washington, Ct, a brother, Thomas Caco of Bridgeport and 3 grandchildren, Claire, Seth and Edward S., III. He was predeceased by a sister Eleanor Napoli.

Funeral: St. Teresa's Church
Services: A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday May 23rd at 10am at St. Teresa's Church in Woodbury. Burial will follow in New North Cemetery, Woodbury.
Visitation: Friends may call at the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson - Lovetere, 2 School St., on Thursday May 22nd from 5 - 7pm.
