Obituary

NAUGATUCK- Mrs. Edna (Bioski) Crownshaw, 72, of Naugatuck, died Tuesday morning at her home. She was the wife of the late George H. Crownshaw.

Mrs. Crownshaw was born August 6, 1937, daughter of the late Louis and Edna (Jackson) Bioski and has resided in Naugatuck for over 24 years. She had worked for several years at Timex Corporation as an assembler and several years at Phillips Manufacturing as a machine operator. Mrs. Crownshaw also worked in dietary at the Middlebury Convalescent Home kitchen. Mrs. Crownshaw enjoyed sewing and gardening.

She leaves a stepdaughter, Darlene Crownshaw of Naugatuck, a brother Jack Bioski of Southbury, five sisters, Alice Williams of Waterbury, Louise Crownshaw of Middlebury, Dawn Miczkiewicz of Waterbury, Sally of Seymour and Pauline Sedlak of Wolcott and a grandson, Daniel and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother Robert Bioski and a sister June Drake.

Cemetery: New North Cemetery

Location: Munson-Lovetere Woodbury

Services: A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m.

Visitation: Friends may call the funeral home from Noon on Thursday until the time of graveside services at 1 p.m.
