Edith Pietrini, 88, died Saturday, September 22, 2007 at the Lutheran Home of Southbury. She was the widow of Constantino Pietrini. Mrs. Pietrini was born February 2, 1919 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Stanislaus and Agnes Bernasky. She was a homemaker and a wonderful, loving and devoted grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her son, Thomas Pietrini of Southbury and his wife Patricia; two brothers, Henry Bernasky of Florida and Stanley Bernasky of Trumbull; her twin sister, Pauline Minkowski of Bridgeport; two grandchildren, Anthony Pietrini and his wife Julie and Nicole Richman and her husband Michael; and four great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her daughter, Kathleen Pietrini.

Services: Services Wednesday, September 26 at 7: 00 p.m. at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. North. Burial will be in the Greenleaf Memorial Park, Trent Woods, NC.

Visitation: Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 p.m. until the time of the service.
