Dolores "Bachi" Weglarz Batchelor, 84, longtime resident of Woodbury, passed away on April 23, 2025. She was the devoted wife of the late Christopher Batchelor.

She was born in Bridgeport on June 30, 1940, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Stella Weglarz.

Holidays were always extra special. Dolores adored spending time her grandchildren and Wilson, her wonderful dog, who was always by her side.

She leaves behind her children, Denise Fantarella of Orange, Michael Dowling and his wife DanaLynn of Stark, New Hampshire, Mark Dowling and his wife Micah of Saluda, North Carolina, Donna Dowling-Goldberg of Woodbury and 11 grandchildren.

Dolores's family would like to thank her caregivers, Tammy, Kayla, Sara and Karen for their compassion and care. Your kindness and help was greatly appreciated.

All services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
