IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Deborah Lee
Goz
September 18, 1951 – February 24, 2022
On February 24th at 8:15 AM the spirit of Deborah Goz rose from this world, with her was her husband Michael who held a hand to her forehead and felt her kind and loving spirit depart.
Deborah was born in Ballston Spa, New York and lived in the town of Round Lake, New York for many years before moving to a new life in Woodbury, CT.
Deborah had worked as a nurse for many years working in pediatrics and as a triage nurse, and more recently at the Lutheran Home of Southbury. She was loved by her fellow workers and residents alike.
She is survived by her husband Michael Pinevich, daughters Vanessa Goz and Nicole Miles, three beautiful granddaughters, Kora Lena, Madelaine, and Emilia Rose. Deborah is also survived by her loving and supportive sister-in-law Mary Esch, especially during recent trying times. Also, supportive and worthy of note was her sister-in-law Pat Therault and dear friend and neighbor Sylvia Green. She is predeceased by her brother David Jennings by sixteen years.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Flanders Nature Center in Woodbury, CT.
There will be a celebration of Deborah's life on or about April 9th of this year.
We are all better who were privileged to be in her presence.
