Craig T. Bennett, 79, of Easy Street died Friday January 10, 2025 at Waterbury Hospital.

Mr. Bennett was born March 5, 1945 in Waterbury son of the late Homer and Edith (Roulston) Bennett Sr.

Craig was a lifelong local resident where he held various jobs including working at the Bazaar restaurant, working at High Line Auto Body, and driving trucks for his family's construction company.  Also living in Palm Beach County, Florida-  Craig worked as a manager of a high-end European auto body shop.

Besides his beloved wife Clare Smith- Bennett, he was pre deceased by his brothers, Homer Bennett Jr., Donald &  David Bennett, and his sister Arline Hansen.

He is survived by his sister Joan Murphy, his nephews, Jay, Kevin, Keith, Kirk, Donnie & Alan  Bennett, nieces Tracy Kram, Donna Ryan, Sandra DiBella, Sharon Morris, Judith Re and many great nieces & nephews.

Burial will be held in the families plot at the White Oak Cemetery in Southbury on Friday January 17, 2025 at Noon, followed by a reception in the social hall at the United Church of Christ, 283 Main Street North Southbury CT.
