Obituary


Cora Mae Lautenschlager King, of Watertown, died peacefully in her sleep at the home of Paul David, her son and caregiver, on Tuesday, April 1, 2014. She was the widow of Arthur Camp King, Sr. Cora was born April 6, 1927 in Southbury, daughter of the late William and Lottie (Wolcott) Lautenschlager. She attended Southbury Schools and retired from Emerson Hospital in Lowell, MA as a unit clerk. She is survived by two sons, Paul David LaBoudy of Watertown and James Allen LaBoudy of Bethlehem; a sister, Katherine Ann Mcgoff of Littleton, NH; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, William Edward LaBoudy, her brothers, Harry, Bill and Bob and her sister, Beatrice.

Cemetery: New North Cemetery

Location: Munson-Lovetere Woodbury

Services: A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 17 at 2: 00 p.m. at the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School St. Burial will follow in New North Cemetery, Woodbury.

Visitation: Friends may call Saturday, May 17 from 1: 00 p.m. until the time of the service.
