Mrs. Constance M. Mitchell, 79, of Washington, CT died Friday, July 23, 2010 at Danbury Hospital. She was the wife of James V. Mitchell. Mrs. Mitchell was born December 16, 1930 in Palisades, New Jersey, daughter of the late William and Madeline (Ragati) Heina. A wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, her greatest joy was her family. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, James V. Mitchell Jr. and his wife Maureen, Terence Mitchell and his wife Anne, Brian Mitchell and his wife Marcia; a daughter, Maureen Kent and her husband Dana; a brother, William Heina, Jr.; 8 grandchildren, Michael, Mark, Ryan, Matthew, Megan, Connor, Erin and Caroline. Burial will be in Washington Green Cemetery, Washington. There are no calling hours. The Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School St. is in charge of arrangements.
