Charles Robert Teter, fondly known as Charlie, age 2, quietly and peacefully passed away in the arms of his loving parents on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY.
Charlie was born on January 31, 2014 in Fredericksburg, VA, to Walter and Kathleen (Price) Teter. Charlie was a sweet child who loved music, birds and baths. After 2 years of battling Rett Syndrome, Charlie lost the fight. During that fleeting time, he touched many lives and was loved by all who met him.
Charlie is survived by his parents, Walter and Katie; his paternal grandparents, Steve and Betsy Teter; his maternal grandmother, Joanna Price; and his aunt and uncle, Vanessa Teter and Chris Hall.
Charlie joins his grandfather, Charles Price; his great uncle, Van Rouse; and all his great-grandparents enjoying the life we all wished he would have.
