Charles G. "Chip" Arnold, Jr., of Heritage Village, passed away Monday, May 4, 2009, after a brief illness. He was 56.

Chip was born and raised in Middlebury and lived for many years in Woodbury. He was a photographer by trade and an avid golfer, who made countless friends in the area over the years.

H e is survived by his mother, Justine of Middlebury, his brothers Jonathan and his sister in-law Lauri of Louisville, KY and David and his fiancé©e Susan of Bondville, VT, his step mother, Maxine of Naples, Fl as well as many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his father, Charles Sr. of Naples, Fl and a sister, Justine Smith of Roxbury.

Services: A graveside service for family and close friends will be held at the Middlebury Cemetery Monday, May 11th at 10 a.m. followed by a memorial service at Middlebury Congregational Church at 11 a.m.

Visitation: There are no calling hours.
