Southbury-  Cecelia Doyle born October 10, 1928 passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022. She was 93 years old.

Upon her death, she left behind two devoted daughters, Bonnie and Donna, two terrific sons-in-law, a wonderful sister, amazing nieces, nephews, cousins, and a divine great-granddaughter, Cece …her namesake.

Cele was a lady who enjoyed good gossip, reading a good mystery and indulging in any dessert containing raspberries. However, her greatest joy was found in loving her grandkids, Anne, Justin, Stacey and Jake. She adored them.

Cele never missed Mass on Sunday or any opportunity to help a friend. And let it be said, that she never turned down an invitation to a party or gathering of friends and relatives.

She will be remembered by her dearest friends and family for always cheering on her teams, the Giants and the Mets, riding the waves in Rhode Island and sitting on a deserted beach gazing upon the water as the sun sets.

A celebration of her life will be held in the Autumn 2022, which was her favorite season.
