Catherine A. Szabo passed away on September 15, 2019 at the age of 95.

Catherine was born January 4, 1924 in Fairfield, CT to the late William and Catherine Estonya. She was a graduate of Ludlow High School class of 1942 in Fairfield, CT. During her career she worked at Remington Rand as a director of personnel and she was an active member of St. Teresa's Church for many years. She will always be remembered for her fiercely nice personality and unbelievable stuffed cabbage.

She is preceded by her husband Frank A. Szabo Sr. She leaves her son, Frank A. Szabo Jr., 2 grandchildren; Jacquelyn and Stephanie as well as 2 great-grandchildren; Lilliana and Macy.

Visitation will be Thursday September 19, 2019 from 12-1 P.M. with a 1 P.M. funeral service at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, located 235 Main St North Southbury,CT.
