CAROL A. KELLOGG


SOUTHBURY- Mrs. Carol A. Kellogg, 78, of Southbury, died Tuesday August 9, 2011 at the Masonicare of Newtown. She was the wife of the late Floyd Kellogg.

Mrs. Kellogg was born November 8, 1932 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Charles Hersey and Hazel Frances (Secor) Barnes. She has resided in Southbury for the past 13 years, previously living in Newtown for 28 years. As a young girl, she was a member of the Rainbow Girls.

Mrs. Kellogg enjoyed crossword puzzles, dining out and loved the ocean and horseracing. She also knitted hats for the homeless.

She leaves a daughter Kimberly Biagioni of Middletown, two grandchildren, Kellie Guyeski of Naugatuck and Jeffrey Biagioni of Woodbury, CT. She was predeceased by a sister Dorothy Simons.

Services: Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 12th at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. North at 11 a.m.
