IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Barbara
Mcinally
October 25, 1954 – May 9, 2010
Barbara Seefahrt McInally of Bethlehem, Connecticut passed away suddenly on May 9th 2010, at the age of fifty-five. She is survived by her husband Dave McInally, her mother Mary Seefahrt, her sister Maureen Sommer and her brother Art Seefahrt. She was predeceased by her father Arthur R. Seefahrt. Born in New Haven, Connecticut and raised in Cheshire, Connecticut, she would eventually live in Vermont, Colorado, Virginia, and Delaware before returning to Connecticut. Barbara's love of people, a trait inherited and encouraged by her father and mother, led her to the travel business and around the world. She worked at a number of travel-related companies, including taking on the role of General Manager of a Delaware unit of Carson-Wagon Lit Travel. Barbara always made time to share her experiences by combining her travel with her family, especially with her mother and father. Her stint in the travel business and her outgoing personality gave her the opportunity to make many friends. Although Barbara did not have children, she played a very important role in the lives of her niece Erika Rowe and nephews AJ and Kurt Seefahrt. She shared her life for the last eleven years with her beloved husband Dave.
