Mrs. Barbara (Bauer) Jensen, 97, died Friday November 24th at River Glen Health Care Center in Southbury. She was the wife of the late Harry Jensen.
Mrs. Jensen was born November 7, 1909 in NYC, NY, daughter of the late Jacob and Dorothea Bauer. She was a real estate agent in Ridgefield and was owner-operator of Tranquility Rest Home and Harry Jensen Builder's.
She is survived by a daughter in law Lillian Jensen of Waterbury, one granddaughter, Vicki Manville of Southbury, three grandsons, Harry Jensen of Beacon Falls, Jon Jenson of Cheshire, and Erik Jensen of Prospect, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, three nieces and two nephews.
Funeral and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
