Arnold Anderson, Jr. passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015 at his home in Woodbury. Arnie, as he was best known by, was born December 16, 1957, son of Marian Paddock and the late Arnold Anderson Sr. He was a graduate of Kaynor Technical School, Waterbury. He was retired from the Southbury Training School. Arnie was a veteran member of the Woodbury Volunteer Fire Department, past member of Woodbury Volunteer Ambulance Association, and the CT National Guard. Arnie is survived by his mother Marian Paddock, sister Linda Ice (Geoffrey), brother John Anderson (Jennifer), several nieces and nephews as well as his cat AJ, who he adored.
Arnie was always the one person who would drop whatever he was doing to help others any time of day or night. Helping others is what he did best, whether it be driving friends to appointments or directing traffic at the Woodbury Carnival.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Volunteer Fire Department, Woodbury Volunteer Ambulance Association, or Woodbury Police Department in his name.

Funeral: North Congregational Church

Services: A memorial service will be held, Saturday, December 12, 1pm at the North Congregational Church, Woodbury. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
